We worked on the unspoken of the clients, what was perceived and not told. As is known by those who do neuromarketing, only 5% of the motivations surface. So we tried to understand what the customers really felt.
How did you use Mr. Piero in the social campaign?
We then decided to use Mr. Piero’s power of involvement and his personal strength.
We created a cartoon character inspired by his personality and made videos for the socials.
The involvement of the audience was enormous. These videos differ from the usual food commercials that show sliced meats and cheeses. Thanks to neuroscience, we found a way to break the mould and create something original.
The results obtained by Bottega and Assaggi da Piero show that, thanks to in-depth studies of neuromarketing on the various customer segments, you can get real and reliable data that can be used to promote restaurants, small stores and even e-commerce without making mistakes.
